Our pieces are custom-made and carefully crafted specifically for you. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please note that once an order is confirmed, we do not accept exchanges or returns. However, if alterations are needed, we are more than happy to assist you.

In case of any alterations in the garments shipped internationally, return shipping should be borne by the customer.

SHIPPING

This is a made-to-order style and we will require 25-30 days for production and dispatch. If you require the outfit urgently, please WhatsApp us at +91 93167 53139 before ordering and we will check for you.

Please note: We would not be able to accommodate urgent delivery requests made after the order is placed without our prior confirmation.

The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us.

For full price items, international shipping, shipping charges for orders over INR 20,000 is free and completely borne by us. For order under INR 20,000 and sale pieces, a shipping charge will apply. These shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

TAXES & DUTIES

The prices shown for our products reflect the maximum retail price. For international shipments, we operate on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that the displayed prices do not include any import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. These must be paid upon delivery in order to release your order from customs.
